"Dependable delivery and a smooth experience"
I ordered from lirysjewelry.com and the delivery was reliable overall. It arrived around the time they said it would, maybe a day later than I was personally hoping for, but the tracking updates were clear the whole way. The packaging was fine and everything arrived safely. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

I ordered a piece of jewelry as a gift and just had one quick question about it, but getting an answer took days. When customer service finally replied, it felt like a generic copy-paste message and didn’t really help with my issue. "Not gonna lie, not worth the price"
Not gonna lie, I expected a lot more for what I paid. The jewelry looked really cute in the photos, but in person it feels kind of cheap and super lightweight. I’ve definitely bought similar pieces for less that looked just as good, if not better. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I just don’t feel like the value is there. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Pretty ring, just a little snug"
The ring itself looks nice, and I do like the finish on it. I noticed right away that it felt just a bit tighter than I expected, especially around the base of my finger where I’m usually picky about how rings sit. I can still wear it, but after a while it’s not the most comfortable. Shipping was fine, nothing especially fast or slow.

I ordered from lirysjewelry.com thinking my package would show up in about a week, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected.
The tracking barely updated for days, so I had no idea where my order was. I kept checking over and over, which just felt like a waste of time.
The item was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping delay was frustrating. If you need something quickly, save your time and maybe look somewhere else

"Didn’t quite live up to the photos"
I was a little disappointed with my order. The jewelry looked a lot nicer in the pictures than it did in person, and my sister even mentioned it seemed a bit less polished than expected. Shipping took longer than I thought it would too. It’s not awful or anything, but for the price, I really expected better quality. I probably won’t be ordering again.

"Repair was decent, just a bit slow"
I sent my necklace in after the clasp broke, and the repair itself turned out fine. It looks wearable again, which I’m definitely happy about :)
The only downside was that it took longer than I expected, and I had to reach out myself to get an update. Not a terrible experience at all, just not the smoothest either. 3 stars feels about right!

I ordered a specific pair of earrings, but what showed up was not what I ordered at all. I tried contacting customer service and kept getting transferred around, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I just wanted the earrings I actually paid for...

I ordered a silver necklace from Lirys Jewelry and just wanted to make sure the material was legit. It showed up stamped and feels solid, not like that cheap plated kind. I’ve worn it a few times now and haven’t had any weird green marks or color change on my skin. It looks exactly like what they showed on the site, so I’m happy with it

"Packaging wasn’t the best"
The packaging was alright, not terrible or anything, but it wasn’t nothing to brag about either. The box showed up a little squished, though the jewelry itself was safe, so I can’t complain too much. A bit more padding next time would definitely help

I’m still waiting for my refund to come through, and I haven’t really gotten a clear update about what’s going on. Maybe I’m a bit biased because I get frustrated quickly when money is tied up, but this has been disappointing so far
